My name is Lesley Noaks and I am Chair of Governors for the Rainbow Federation. I was previously a governor at Glan yr Afon. When Glan yr Afon and Bryn Hafod came together in the Rainbow Federation in February 2020, I was elected as Vice Chair. I was very proud in September 2021 to be elected as Chair of Governors for the Rainbow Federation. I am Cardiff born and bred. I am retired, but previously worked as a lecturer at Cardiff University. I have one son and two teenage grandsons who also live locally in Cardiff. I keep active by walking and swimming. I enjoy reading, music and watching sport, especially cricket.
